Position: Administrative Coordinator

Santa Fe Springs, Ca.

Job Summary

The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and analytical support to the department's overall operations. Position requires cooperative action and cross-functional support to include call center and marketing support.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Reports and Maintenance
    • Open order reports for Digital Sales team and web orders (Daily)
    • Quote follow-up reports for Digital Sales team (Daily)
    • Digital Sales tracking reports (Weekly)
    • Web sales report (Daily)
    • Mailing list audit report (Weekly)
    • Proactive in identifying ways to streamline reporting
  • Maintenance
    • Create new registered user credentials for e-Commerce access
    • Review, assign and track new business leads
    • Distribution and maintenance of the Digital Sales & Sales inbox emails
    • Review and coordinate monthly expense reports for the department
    • Update Prelude with Eblast Unsubscribes
    • Relief Switchboard Operator to include, lunch and breaks
    • POC for Department’s Amazon orders

Knowledge and Skill and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of two (2) years administrative related experience required
  • Computer proficiency – Microsoft 365, including Excel proficiency to include formulas, functions, pivot tables and VLOOKUP
  • Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
